Community Life Batemans Bay Incorporated is a non-profit organisation. Our primary purpose is to work towards the relief of poverty, sickness, destitution, suffering, distress, misfortune, disability and helplessness within the community of Batemans Bay. We deliver social, welfare and educational programs which address areas of need. We work with children, young people, families and members of the Aboriginal community.

Current Community Life programs include:

HOPE FELLOWSHIP

A free fellowship and support group to assist people who are struggling with issues in their life including addiction, abuse, depression or other issues which generally make life unmanageable. Meets Wednesday evenings @ 7pm Email Colin

PARENTING PROGRAM

A free 7 week program, for parents of children from 3 months to 9 years, to assist parents in developing their parenting skills. This program has received very positive feedback from previous participants. Email Jill

PLAYTIME

Meets every Friday during school terms, from 10am - 12noon in the Anglican Church hall. Offers a safe play environment and support for parents with babies up to pre-school age children. Email Robynne

GRIEF & LOSS

A free grief and loss program is provide d for people who have lost a loved one and need support during this difficult period. This program has received very positive feedback from previous participants.

MENTAL HEALTH FAMILY SUPPORT GROUP

Support and friendship for relatives of family members who suffer from addictions and/or mental health illnesses, with guidance from doctors, psychologists and other health professionals.
